Richard S. Keirstead, CISSP, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001 Specialist has an M.A. in administration and management with a specialization in International Business Law from Columbia Pacific University, and a B.A. in English from Concordia University. An Associate of the American Bar Association (ABA). He has worked for and been consulted by Japanese and foreign corporations large and small. He is the CTO of a medium-sized professional services company in Tokyo.
